In this agreement "User" : This term will be used to express as the person and/or institute that benefits the Site/sites’ services.

This agreement: Specifies under which circumstances the user can benefit which services of the service provider and in case of violating the rules below, it reserves the right to suspend and/or to cancel the services provided with the user temporarily or permanently. Every user that signs up for membership will be deemed as read and accepted this agreement.

Site/s membership is a membership system that’s due to be joined by the internet user who wish to have many services and/or product use provided by the Service Provider. User, signs in the services provided by the Service Provider and gains Access to the services. User names are exclusive and cannot be dedicated to and/or used by another user. The password is known only by the user. Passwords can never be known by the authorities of the Service Provider in no way, cannot be given to 3rd parties. The creation and safety of the password is totally the user’s liability.The Service Provider will not be held accountable for the problems resulting from its malpractice.

Article 1: Site/s provide everybody who fill in the Registration Form correctly and accurately with membership right, but not warrant it. The user may not use genuine names and surnames which do not belong to him or her as user name.

Article 2: The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the site/s membership anytime without notice

Article 3: The Service Provider, keeps confidentiality of the user’s membership for site/s safe. Only in cases which are stated below, the service provider has the right to inquisite, reveal and in case of need, start legal follow-up about the users membership information.

Article 3.1: In case of denunciation or investigation demand from public authorities about the user of the site/s.

Article 3.2: In case of detecting any electronical sabotage which hampers the activity of site/s.

Article 3.3: In case of repitition of the membership agreement infringement after restart of the membership which has been canceled for the same reasons with stated above.

Article 4: The site/s reserve the copyright of the materials added as the membership information and/or the materials added later like the contents which include text, picture, audio and graphics and tables. In case of legal conflicts, the service provider does not accept liability

Article 5: To have membership and to be activated does not mean to save the membership information permanently. The service provider does not warrant the duration of the membership.

Article 6: The sevice provider regards all of the information filled in the membership application form, true and is not accountable for any technical and/or legal problem resulting from unaccurate and/or erroneous information.

Article 7: The service provider reserves the right to cancel any kind of the contents like text, Picture, audio, table including/not including graphics, communication, publication and data transfer of which it is convinced to be run over its own site and harmful, under the provisions above anytime it.

Article 8: The service provider reserves the right to apply fee for free services, vice versa.

Article 9: The password of the site/s is to be known only by the user, and it may not be given by the service provider to the 3rd.parties by no means.

Article 10: The users may not use the site/s in racist, separatist, unethical, minatory and against the laws of Turkish Republic, the laws of the users own nation and international laws.

Article 11: The service provider may not be held accountable for the contents of the message and/or e-mail services. In such a case, the service provider reserves the right to start legitemate proceedings and to cancel the user account.

Article 12: The service provider may send information, advertisement, GSM messages and/or other contents for an indefinite time period and with no limitation, over the e-mail address registered with membership information, the site/s’ e-mail account and the GSM number registered in its system.

Article 13: The service provider definetely may not be held accountable for the communication, publishing and data transfer which is sent over the site/s’ e-mail/message/wbsite services and may be qualified as harmful. The user is liable to take into consideration that all of the information and documents in the rüyaci.net site may be harmful or unscientific. The site/s certainly may not be held accountable for the damages that may occur.

Article 14: In conflicts on the provisions above, the İstanbul Courts are appointed. In such cases, the users of the site/s will be primarily under obligation before legal decisions.

Article 15: The service provider reserves the right to change, renew and/or cancel any one of the articles of this agreement, anytime, by sending a notice. Every one individual or institution is accepts as read these articles and allows no right for objection. The service provider announces the changes it will make over the agreement, to the members with an e-mail notification. In case of member objection, the membership may be suspened for an indefinite time period and/or.

Article 16: The users of the site/s may cancel their membership on their right, anytime they wish. But the cancellation procedure does not imply that the liabilities of the aforementioned users resulting from their actions during their membership, does drop

Article 17: The user may not have another membership account, make comment in positive or negative way on the points that will benefit for him or her, mislead.

Article 18: In case of conflict between the service provider and the users of the site/s, or between the users, the electronical contents of the service provider will be taken as proof.

Article 19: The user may pass his or her personal data to the other members of the site/s and/or the institutions which are taking servises from the site/s, as he or she wishes. The site/s is/are not under any obligation to provide other users with those data. The site/s is/are conjunction point among the users. The site/s may not be held accountable for the maleficience among users or that of between the site/s and users

It is accepted that all of the articles of this agreement is read by every individual and/or institutional user of the site/s and agreed
